사용방법 HOW TO USE

복부 마사지 

페퍼민트 오일 4~6 방울을 10ml 캐리어 오일과 섞어 복부를 시계방향으로
부드럽게 마사지합니다.
  
디퓨저 / 램프 버너
페퍼민트 오일 2~3 방울을 디퓨저 혹은 램프 버너에 넣어 발향하면
집중력 향상에 도움을 줍니다. 

족욕
미지근한 물에 페퍼민트 오일 2~3 방울을 잘 섞어 5 분 이상 족욕하면
발의 피곤함을 해소할 수 있습니다.   

근육통 완화 마사지
10ml 캐리어 오일에 페퍼민트 오일 4~6 방울을 블랜딩하여
관련 부위에 적용한 후 마사지합니다.

Stomach Massage 

Mix 4~6 drops with 10ml of carrier oil for comforting abdominal problem.

Diffuser and Burner 

Add 2~3 drops in a diffuser or burner when you need concentration.

Foot Bath  

Mix 2~3 drops with warm water for refreshing tired feet.
 

Muscle Relief Blend
Add 4~6 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage into muscles and joints.
