사용방법 HOW TO USE

굿모닝 바스 

쥬니퍼 베리 오일 3~5 방울을 미지근한 물에 섞어 목욕을 하면 면역 강화와
비뇨기 계통의 문제 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있습니다.
  
흡입
쥬니퍼 베리 오일 1~2 방울을 손수건이나 화장지에 떨어뜨려 흡입하면
스트레스와 불안한 기분을 정화하는데 효과가 있습니다. 

냉습포 / 온습포
차갑거나 뜨거운 물에 오일 4~6 방울을 떨어뜨린 후 수건으로 오일을 걷어내어
원하는 부위에 적용합니다.   

공기 정화
100ml 스프레이 병에 20~30 방울의 오일과 증류수를 넣고 섞어준 다음
불쾌한 냄새가 나는 곳에 분사해줍니다.

Good Morning Bath 

Add 3~5 drops to warm bath water to support urinary system and boost immune system.

Direct Inhalation 

Place 1~2 drops to handkerchief or tissue paper to relieve stress and anxiety.

Cold / Hot Compress 

Add 4~6 drops into a bowl of cold or hot water and soak a towel, wring it.
Apply to the body for relaxing joint and muscle.
 

Air Freshener
Mix 20~30 drops with 100ml spray bottle filled with distilled water to reduce stale odors.
